with Sacred Rosehip Cup
Our British version of the classic Italian aperitif uses Sacred Rosehip Cup, produced in London, as a Campari alternative.

Ingredients
25ml Sacred Rosehip Cup
25ml Bramley & Gage Sweet Vermouth
25ml Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’
10ml red grapefruit juice
Method
In a mixing glass, add the gin, vermouth, rosehip cup and grapefruit juice. Add lots of ice and stir for 30 seconds. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Use a slice of red grapefruit peel to garnish.
